Beeswax Dyson Farming Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 4/30/09/*S/0095 which authorises the abstraction of water for the purpose of spray irrigation from the Car Dyke and Mill Drain within the Witham First District Internal Drainage Board at North Kesteven, Lincolnshire.

The variation applied for is to increase the quantities of abstraction from 7,400 cubic metres per year to 25,000 cubic metres per year and to add 2 abstraction reaches from un-named drains between National Grid References TF 11922 62964 to TF 12831 63543 to TF 13663 62524 and TF 13234 59285 to TF 16080 60477.
