Details
The CMA publishes an annual report on compliance with the SME Banking Undertakings 2002 each year. These three documents provide information relevant to each report:
- a glossary of terms used in each of the CMA’s annual reports
- a description of the background and context to the acceptance of Undertakings from nine (now eight) banks, and subsequent developments
- the 2014 Agreement between the eight banks and the CMA, which gives rise to the annual report published by the CMA
