Background
This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service Provider Guidance Chapter 4.
Summary and action
You and your supply chain partners should familiarise yourself with the amendments to the Provider Guidance as soon as possible.
Chapter 4 paragraph 4.6. has been added. See below:
4.6. Trusted Partners Secure Email must be used for sending and receiving referrals. All queries regarding a MHSS referral or follow up report should be sent to dwpatwmhssquery@DWP.GOV.UK
