Background
An update has been made to the Access to Work Holistic Assessment Provider Guidance.
Chapter 1 – Change the open grant limit from 2024 to 2025.
Chapter 2 – Removed SCR reference in the document and updated MAPPA requirements.
Chapter 5 – paragraph 5.31, bullet point 5, code 8 has been updated to clarify that where a health condition is not covered in options 1 to 7, the condition should be recorded under option 8 (Other). Additionally, the SCR section has been removed.
The guidance Annexes have been updated to include page numbering.
Summary and action
You and your supply chain partners must familiarise yourself with these amendments to the Provider Guidance as soon as possible.
