Air Marshal Sir Stuart Atha left his role at the Ministry of Defence in April 2019 and left Crown service in October 2019

Air Marshal Sir Stuart sought the Committee’s advice about taking up an appointment with BAE Systems plc.

The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in February 2020 and the appointment was taken up in May 2020.
