We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
1. The initial refusal rate for applicants processed under NAM, including total number of applicants and the number of refusals;
2. Which segment the applications were processed under;
3. How many applicants appeal and the success / failure rate at appeal;
4. The numbers of removals, the time scales of removals, and to which countries the removals took place.
