Details
The Driving Standards Agency is replacing the ADI check test with a ‘standards check’ from April 2014. This will include:
- using a new form to assess ADIs
- removing the option for ADIs to have a role play
These equality impact assessment look at what impact the changes will have on the ‘protected characteristics’ groups:
- age
- disability
- gender
- gender reassignment
- race
- religion or belief
- sexual orientation
- pregnancy
- maternity
