How to reduce unnecessary delays in the processing of an application to become an authorised claims company.



In order for the claims management regulator to assess your application for authorisation as quickly as possible, we require the application form to be completed correctly and returned with all the relevant documentation and the appropriate fee.

Inconsistent or incomplete applications where accompanying documents are not supplied can cause delays in the processing of an application.
