An OI certificate must accompany consignments of OI poultry meat that are:
- exported from GB to the EU
- moved from GB to NI
Exporters in England and Wales must apply to the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) for an OI certificate.
This notice describes how Defra looks after and uses the data you provide as part of the OI certificate application process.
