Form you need to complete
The form you need to complete depends on whether you are applying as an individual or as a trust corporation.
If you are applying as an individual, you will need to complete the panel deputy application form. Applicants must be one of the following:
- solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
- accountants regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales (ICAEW) or the Association of Chartered Certificated Accountants (ACCA)
- financial advisors regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- charities regulated by the Charity Commission
If you are a trust corporation, you will need to complete the trust corporation application form.
If you submitted your application to the email address opgpaneldeputysupportteam@publicguardian.co.uk, please resubmit to opgpaneldeputysupportteam@publicguardian.gov.uk by 27 May 2025.
You are advised to keep a copy of your completed form for your own records.
