The OISC has revised its CPD scheme and has provided further information in relation to the changes that are taking place. Immigration advisers are no longer required to submit CPD waiver forms.

Immigration advisers authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner must comply with its CPD scheme. You can apply for a waiver of CPD if you have a long-term illness.
