Use this application form if you want to file documents online and pay the fee by credit account instead of by credit or debit card.

With a credit account, you can file documents:

  • online
  • using software

How to apply

Send your application form to chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk. This could take up to 5 days to process.

Filing charge (mortgage) documents as an agent or lender

If you need to file charge (mortgage) documents for other companies, you must register as a lender.

You can use the same form to apply to register as a lender and open a credit account.
