Complete part E2 if you want to surrender:

• all or part of your permit
• a mobile plant

2. 22 April 2020

   Application form updated to add extra question covering Medium Combustion Plants. Guidance notes amended to reflect changes to application form.

3. 12 February 2020

   Surrender application form part E2 installations: added additional question for Part B activities. Guidance for part E2: added additional text to clarify that date of birth information is only needed when applying for a new or to transfer an installation or a waste operation.

   Update to add question about Part B installations if relevant. Updated guidance to reflect changes to F1 application form.

5. 3 April 2018

   This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.
