Change of name of one Chinese company, with an individual duty rate for imports of certain cold-rolled flat steel products.
The Commission has advised by Decision 2017/C196, Official Journal ref. C196, that the change of name of Hebei Iron and Steel Co Ltd doesn’t affect the findings of Regulation (EU) 2016/1328. The company may continue to benefit from the individual Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) rate attributed to additional code C103.
