Steel ropes and cables imported from Korea (Anti-Dumping Duty 2196)

Change of address of a company subject to an exemption on imports of steel ropes and cables originating in Republic of Korea.

The Commission have advised by Commission Decision in Official Journal C122 dated 19 April 2017, that the change of address of Kiswire Ltd doesn’t affect the findings of Regulation 102/2012 and the company may continue to benefit from the exemption from anti-dumping duty on imports of steel ropes and cables from the Republic of Korea.
