Change of name of a company subject to an individual Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) rate on imports of certain lever arch mechanisms, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
By its decision in OJ ref C101, dated 31 March 2017 the Commission have advised that the definitive ADD rate for additional code A729 concerning lever arch mechanisms originating in the People’s Republic of China, is not affected by the change of name of the following company:
