Following an expiry review, the Commission has advised by Regulation 2017/325 Official Journal ref. L49/6, of the continuation for a further 5 years of Anti-Dumping Duty on high tenacity yarn of polyesters, originating in the People’s Republic of China, with effect from 26 February 2017.
The products currently fall within commodity code:
5402 2000 00
