Citrus fruits prepared or preserved imported from China (Anti-Dumping Duty 2158)

Change of name of a company subject to Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) on imports of certain prepared or preserved citrus fruits originating in the People’s Republic of China.

By its Decision in OJ ref C398/61 the Commission have advised that definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of prepared or preserved mandarins originating in the People’s Republic of China, is not affected by the change of name of the following:
