The termination without measures of the anti-subsidy investigation was announced in the Official Journal L215 dated 10 August 2016 relating to imports of European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata), fresh, chilled or frozen, from Turkey and sold for direct consumption or for further processing:
- in the form of whole fish with heads on, fish with heads off and whether or not
- gilled
- gutted
- scaled
- in the form of fillet
