Tube and pipe fittings imported from Korea (Anti-Dumping Duty 2110)

Amending the definitive Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD), on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings, of iron and steel, in respect of those originating in the Republic of Korea.

The Commission have advised by Council Implementing Regulation 2016/306, OJ L58, that following an interim review, the definitive ADD on imports of tube and pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron and steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609.6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, originating in the Republic of Korea, is amended with effect from 5 March 2016.

The rate of definitive ADD has been amended as follows:

Customs Handling of Import Export Freight has been updated. The printed Tariff will be updated in May amendment.
