This decision was published on 4 August 2015 following a decision review.

The commission was not able to register the organisation as it did not consider it is established for exclusively charitable purposes.

The organisation stated that its purpose is to advance education for the public benefit. The commission considered that there was insufficient information to support this position. It appeared to the commission that the organisation would be providing general information and advice rather than advancing education.
