Details of the application
Anglian Water Services Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 4/29/16/*G/0054 which authorises the abstraction of water from 01 April to 31 March inclusive, each year, from groundwater in Lincolnshire at TF 45 68.
The variation applied for is to add a new means of abstraction - ‘borehole 4’ at TF 46 69.
There is no change to the quantities authorised on the existing licence.
