Anglian Water Services Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The following application has been made to replace, on the same terms, the existing time limited variations due to expire on 31 March 2018.
The application is to abstract water from Underground strata TG 19 27at National Grid Reference (NGR) TG 19 27.
The application is for an existing abstraction of 2,822,300 cubic metres per year (9,950 cubic metres per day) all year for public water supply. This application is to add abstraction points at TG 20 27 and TG 17 36.
