Anglian Water Services Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence variation.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 4/30/12/*G/0218 which authorises the abstraction of groundwater at Aslackby, National Grid Reference TF 14 30 and Rippingale, National Grid Reference TF 14 28, South Kesteven, Lincolnshire.
The variation applied for is to add a new borehole to the Aslackby source without change to the currently permitted abstraction quantities.
The proposed new borehole at Aslackby is at National Grid Reference TF 15 30.
