The Angiolini Inquiry was established to investigate the murder of Sarah Everard by an off-duty police officer.

The part 1 report covers the career and conduct of the murderer.

Part 2 of the inquiry is to:

  • establish if there is a risk of recurrence across policing
  • investigate police culture
  • address broader concerns around women’s safety in public spaces
