Details

We investigated Miss A’s concerns that the Charity Commission failed to properly handle serious safeguarding concerns relating to sexual exploitation at a charity. We found failings in the way the Commission communicated with Miss A and recommended that the Commission apologises, provides financial compensation and takes action to stop the same failures being repeated.
