Ms Reynolds left her role at the Department for Work and Pensions in May 2025.

Managing Director, Accenture (UK) Limited

Ms Reynolds sought the Committee’s advice about taking up a role with Accenture. The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in May 2025; and the role was taken up later that month. An accessible version of the letter is available here.

Amendment to Ms Reynolds’ role with Accenture

Ms Reynolds informed the Committee of a potential update to her role in September 2025. She said that in addition to her responsibilities as Managing Director, working on the NPS solutions contract, she he had been asked to provide executive support to Accenture’s compliance team.  This team also works on the NPS Solutions contract and she will be providing coaching, leadership and providing updates to government with regards to the live projects work in the compliance team. The update to her role did not change ACOBA’s assessment of the risks under the government’s Business Appointment Rules. The conditions already imposed on this appointment remain appropriate.
