Details
The Environment Agency gives notice that it has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a Scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for the following matters:
(a) the amalgamation of the Lower Medway Internal Drainage District and the North Kent Marshes Internal Drainage District into a single Drainage District
(b) the abolition of the Internal Drainage Boards for those Districts
(c) the constitution of a new Internal Drainage Board with the name of North Kent Marshes Water Level Management Board
