The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Alpha Skips 2010 Ltd with effect from 23:45 on 6 February 2020
- disqualify Alpha Skips 2010 Ltd from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being engaged in the management, administration or control of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence for an indeterminate period from 23:45 on 6 February 2020
- disqualify Terence James Osborne from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being engaged in the management, administration or control of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence for an indeterminate period from 23:45 on 6 February 2020
- disqualify Keith Hillman from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being engaged in the management, administration or control of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence for an indeterminate period from 23:45 on 6 February 2020
