Details

This table sets out multi-year allocations for the years 2026 to 2027 to 2028 to 2029 for the 4 new consolidated grants:

• Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Domestic Abuse Grant
• Public Health Grant
• Crisis and Resilience Fund (see below)
• Children, Families and Youth Grant

This table also sets out notional allocations for the 10 Greater Manchester local authorities which forgo core Public Health Grant funding as part of their enhanced business rates retention arrangements, as well as multi-year allocations of the Mayoral Capacity Fund.

The 2026 to 2027 Crisis and Resilience Fund allocations set out in this table do not include the top-up made available for heating oil announced on 16 March 2026. For total 2026 to 2027 Crisis and Resilience Fund allocations, please refer to Annex A of the grant determination.
