Air Products (BR) Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 28/39/18/0098 which authorises the abstraction of water from the Moor Ditch at Harrier Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire, National Grid Reference (NGR) SU 51821 91436.
The variation applied for is to increase the maximum authorised abstraction volume from 100,000 cubic metres per year to 200,000 cubic metres per year. The daily, hourly and instantaneous rates will remain the same at 550 cubic metres per day, 40 cubic metres per hour and 14.11 litres per second.
