This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Swiss Federal Council on the readmission of persons present without authorisation and the protocol to the Agreement: Berne, 16 December 2005.

The Agreement and Protocol is not in force.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
