This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of Ireland on co-operation on criminal justice matters: Belfast, 26 July 2005.

The Agreement entered into force on 10th December 2008. The Agreement was previously published as Ireland No. 1 (2006) Cm. 6931.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
