An SIA approved contractor must comply with the law and meet the ACS standard.
Use ‘Directors and SIA licensing’ to understand the scope of SIA licensing and ensure that all of your directors comply with the law.
Use the ‘Right to work guidance’ to understand how you can show us that you are doing the required ‘right to work’ checks on your employees.
Use ‘Outsourced employment screening’ to understand what evidence you should give us to confirm that you are still meeting the ACS standard if your company outsources its employment screening.
