[WITHDRAWN] These documents are the Senior Traffic Commissioner’s guidance and related publications which explain how administrative matters shall be handled by the Traffic Commissioners.

  2. Document revised to clarify and improve the complaint process and to assist users in their understanding of it.

  3. Guidance on induction and continuing development for Traffic Commissioners and their deputies amended.

  4. The stakeholder appraisal scheme, complaints protocol, administrative policy guidance No 2 and administrative policy guidance No 6 have been updated.

  5. The stakeholder engagement and consultation, administrative policy guidance No 1, has been revised and takes affect from May 2015. the revised guidance has been altered to take account of the Cabinet Office consultation principles and regulators code of 2014.

  6. Added administrative policy guidance documents 5 and 6.
