These Administrative Arrangements support the implementation of the UK–EU Agreement in respect of Gibraltar. They set out the practical arrangements for co-operation between the UK, in respect of Gibraltar, and Spain in areas covered by the Agreement.
The arrangements cover implementation, mobility of certain persons and goods for defence purposes, environmental matters, border management, law enforcement co-operation, social security co-ordination and customs. They provide the operational detail needed to implement the Agreement and are published alongside the final Treaty text.
