Request for information on any work DECC has undertaken towards preventing Renewables Obligation (RO) generators from receiving a windfall through the Carbon Price Floor (CPF); DECC’s workings behind estimates of CPF revenues to existing low-carbon generators released to Peter Lilley and the Energy and Climate Change Committee; and an explanation behind the stated increased level of uncertainty around EU ETS price projections post 2020.
