Details
In order to allow the Select Committee considering the Bill to consider proposed amendments, a motion has been tabled for debate on the floor of the House of Commons (23rd June 2015).
Explanatory Information has been prepared to assist Members of Parliament in the debate on the Additional Provision 2 motion and is available here. If passed, the Additional Provision 2 (July 2015) will be deposited (anticipated for July 2015).
This will give rise to a new petitioning period for the Additional Provision and consultation on Supplementary Environmental Information. Communication to affected individuals will be sent out at the time of deposit.
