Details

The Claimant alleged that the union had failed to comply with his request made under section 30 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1992 for access to certain alleged accounting records of the Liverpool Division of the NUT. Upon terms of settlement having been agreed by the parties on the day of the hearing, the application was dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.
