Access to accounting records claim found to have been well-founded. Order issued that the union to give the applicant access to certain accounting records. Consideration given, by the Certification Officer, in the decision to the meaning of the expression accounting records within section 30(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
