Details

The claimant made a complaint alleging the National Union of Teachers had breached section 30(2)(a) of the Trade Union Labour Relations Act 1992 by failing to comply within 28 days with her request to access accounting records of the union. The Certification Officer upheld the claimant’s complaint but did not consider it appropriate to issue an enforcement order.
