Details

Alleged breach of section 30(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (the 1992) Act) for failure to comply with a request for access to accounting records of the union. The complaint was struck out under section 256ZA(2) of the 1992 Act on the grounds of excessive delay in proceeding with it.
