Forms for academies to use to notify the Education Funding Agency of their bank account details or any changes to their bank details.
New academies’ bank details
New academies or schools converting to become academies should complete the new academy bank details form after setting up their bank account and email it to the Education Funding Agency (EFA) at academiesnewdetails.EFA@education.gov.uk.
Please submit the form by the 20th of the month (or closest working day) before conversion.
Changes to open academies’ bank details
Open academies should use the open academy bank details form to notify EFA/FAS2T of any changes to their bank details or remittance address and email it to FASST.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bank details change requests are subject to a verification process that may take 15 working days.
