| 16-Mar-2020 | SD-1 Minisport | G-CLDY | Plaistow Airfield, Hertfordshire | Gusts on short finals pushed the aircraft off course. The pilot was unable to prevent the right wing colliding with a tree and a subsequent uncontrolled landing. The right wing and tailplane were damaged by the collision with the tree and the nosewheel collapsed during the landing. The pilot was not injured. He had a total of 45 minutes flight time on the type. |
