Details

A request made under the Freedom of Information Act asking about the complaints policy, how often complaints are transferred internally, whether transfer affects reply timescales and for details of complaints passed to service provider, Amey, for handling since August 2014. Information was also requested about transport assessments and data used to inform the timings of the new traffic signals at the Little Brickhill Roundabout.
