Details

This letter outlines the government’s decisions on the Hereford link road and Edgar Street Grid works. Documentation on modifications to the side roads order, issued by the Secretaries of State for Transport and Communities & Local Government has also been published. The decision follows initial recommendations published in an inspector’s report about these proposed projects.

Herefordshire District Council applied for these orders under the Highways Act 1980 and Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
