Details

A request for information was made about whether it was lawful for heavy goods vehicles to route along the lengths of road protected by weight restrictions and whether the quality of life of affected residents had been conidered. In response, the Highway’s Agency disclosed that the weight restriction had been lifted with the permission of Suffolk County Council. The Highways Agency also provided details of plans to minimise future disruption.
