Details

A request was made for details about the delay to repair a traffic light failure on the A12 southbound exist slip road at Boreham Interchange (junction 19). In response, Highways England explained how the initial incident report was handled and how they would be handled in the future. A copy of the log created by Highways England’s customer contact centre was provided at Annex A.
