Details

This research is one of a series of commission reports to help broaden understanding of charities and their work. It looks at a range of information such as:

  • where charities operate in Wales
  • what income is generated by Welsh charities
  • how many trustees and volunteers work for Welsh charities

The data for this report, collated between July and December 2008, reveals there are over 9,000 charities registered in Wales with a combined income of £982 million.
