This example shows how Nottinghamshire County Council has created groups of professionals from a range of backgrounds to work in Joint Access Teams. Through regular meetings designed to coordinate early help to families in need of targeted support, the workforce is better informed about local services and improved collaborative practices with a broad range of partners.
